CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We have a 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date and a 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. 

There are no refunds for Holiday Weekend Cancellations. There is no refund if cancelled within 14 days of stay.

Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay (call for reservation if needing less than the 2-night minimum).

RATES

Our cancellation policy is not weather dependent. We do not refund for inclement weather. If the trail system is closed we will work with you to reschedule if possible. If you wish to cancel we will make an effort to rebook and fill your spot and refund charges minus 35.00.

TAXES

Room Rates posted on site do not include NH Room Tax of 8.5% or Gratuity.

PET POLICY

Furry family members welcome! We have several cottages that can book with pets. They are cottage 2,3 and 4

 

Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning on bringing your furry family members as not all cottages are pet-friendly. We have cottages available that are not pet-friendly for our guests with pet allergies.

An additional charge of $25.00 will be added to your stay and due upon arrival.

Please do not leave pets alone when you go off property unless crated. Keep pets on a leash when outside of cottages and please be responsible pet parents and clean up after their mess. Pets are not allowed on furniture under any circumstance. If pets are found to have been on furniture there will be an additional cleaning charge

 We reserve the right to charge for any damages from pet guests.
