If you are not here for Catch and Release fishing and are looking to take that trophy catch home with you, don't worry. You can clean and freeze them right on property and store until you are ready to head home.
Free Fishing Day
New Hampshire and Vermont both offer a Free Fishing Day.
This is done to allow people to explore the sport and enjoy this relaxing hobby. New Hampshire offers a free fishing day on the first Saturday of each June. Vermont is traditionally on the second Saturday of June.
